Pink onions are the all-rounders of the onion world. Milder and sweeter than red yet their lower pungency deliver a great onion flavour.

Widely used in food products from sauces to soups or even salads. Enjoy!

Being grade A the only difference is the particle size 3 - 5 mm.

Minced

Minced comes even finer at 1 - 3 mm

Granules

Granular and free flowing just 0.5 - 1 mm (16 to 24 mash or 24 to 40 mash)

Powder

Powder of 80 to 100 mash creamy white to light brown in colour all pure and natural.
