In the food and beverage industry there is an increasing demand for Spray Dried products. The first commercial application was to produce milk powder, and now increasingly commonly for fruit, vegetable and pharmaceutical uses.

Our factory manufactures our spray dried products using our unique low temperature spray drying process. It is hygroscopic and thermoplastic in nature. Hygroscopic is the ability for the product to absorb or absorb water to rehydrate. Thermoplastic working with the hygroscopic process minimises the product from “sticking” to the air drying processing unit, resulting in less waste and greater efficiency in processing.


Spray drying results in consistent particle size, flowability, moisture and/or residual solvent levels in the powder.
