Cayenne

Closely related to the bell pepper and Jalapenos, Cayenne peppers contain vitamin C, B6 and E. They also provide levels of manganese, potassium and flavonoids. 


Cayenne peppers are a medium hot chili (30,000 - 50,000 Scoville heat units) used to flavour spicy dishes.

Chilli Pepper

Chilli's are used in many cuisines to add spiciness to dishes. 


Chilli's provide vitamin C and provitamin A beta carotene.

Jalapeno Pepper

The Jalapeno pepper is mild on the Scoville heat scale (3,500 - 8,000 units). As such the pepper has a wider range of cooking options.


Rich in in vitamins C, B6 and K (limited).

Paprika

Used for seasoning and colour in the form of yellow, orange or red. It has a pungent, sweet taste and is milder than most peppers.


Paprika is a source of vitamin A, B6 and E 

Tabasco Pepper

Tabasco pepper originates from the Mexican state Tabasco. The pepper fruit is a medium hot chili (30,000 - 50,000 Scoville heat units).


Best known for use in Tabasco Sauce and piri piri type sauces. Similar to Cayenne Pepper.
